• First, a foil-faced insulation board such as Kingspan or Celotex is placed on the concrete subfloor. Then, the pipe work is attached directly to it (DPM can also be applied dependent on floor build up)

• After testing the pipework, it is covered with either a sand and cement screed or a pumped anhydrite screed. It is important to check with building control for the required insulation thickness in new build properties.

• The high density dry screed board used in low profile systems serves as a heat conducting surface that transfers heat from the pipes to the floor above.

• The panels are available in a thicknesses of 15 and 18mm.

• These panels are both strong and lightweight, making them easy to install. They also accommodate various types of flooring.

• The system is designed to provide efficient heat output by using high-density EPS insulation boards covered with aluminum foil to distribute heat evenly.

• The panels are available in 16mm and 20mm thickness options.

• Our clip rail system is perfect for installations where direct clipping to the insulation below is not feasible due to floor height restrictions on insulation thickness. The rails are self-adhesive and come in 1-meter lengths, which can be adhered straight to the subfloor.

• The pipes can be clipped into the rails at your desired distances apart, and the screed can be installed as usual. 

• Pipes fit into the 16mm preformed grooves of the aluminum spreader, which are attached the joists using screws or nails.

•  For a typical installation, batons are fixed to the sides of the joists, and a 50mm foiled faced insulation is placed on top of the batons. The pipe work is then clipped into the spreader plates.

• The chipboard has grooves spaced at 150mm intervals can accommodate 12mm pipes. It comes with a 100-micron foil covering for uniform heat distribution.​​​
•  Ideal for use over a suspended or joisted floor with minimal floor buildup. For a polished look, the 16mm pipe can be installed directly into the chipboard.
