MegaWarm® Aluminium heat spreader plates are 390mm x 1000mm x 0.3mm (groove depth: 16mm) diffuser plates suitable for joist centres of 400mm and are based at 200m or 133 dependent on your heat source.
Spreader plates are laid across traditional joists and fixed in place using a hand stapler.
