Returns - 30 Day Policy
At The Underfloor Megastore, we want to ensure you are happy with every purchase you make. If you have any issues with your chosen product, whether damaged, faulty or simply an unused and unwanted item, you can simply return what you bought for a refund. Please note, the cost and organizing of sending the item back, will be the customers responsibility. (Possible restocking fee if the item is not 'as new').
All returned mats/cables must be in the original condition on return (i.e. not unrolled or cut in anyway) if an item is returned to us and found to have been used in anyway, we will not take any responsibility for this product and there will be a charge applied for the return of the goods.
Any damaged items must be reported withing 48 hours of delivery and photos of the damaged items will be required and assessed, to secure replacements.
